Nomura Babcock & Brown ("NBB") provides services related to aircraft leasing investments, including arrangement, marketing, management, and remarketing.
NBB was established in 1986 as a joint venture between Nomura Group and Babcock & Brown Inc., then one of the leading companies in the field of lease finance in the United States. NBB is now 100% owned by Nomura Holdings, Inc. and operates as one of its core group companies.
NBB has a longstanding business alliance with BBAM Aircraft Management ("BBAM") in the United States to provide customers with specialized business investment opportunities.

Management during the lease term and remarketing at the end of the lease are crucial to selling managed aircraft at favorable terms and achieving the highest return possible from an aircraft operating lease investment.
